Edit media: With the editing tools films can be cut and joined or prepared for iPod or AppleTV, pictures rotated or downsized, pages of PDF documents extracted and content converted to varying formats.
Arrange media: A main focus of nessViewer lays in the media show which allows to arrange single media to a new collective media straightforward which can be presented afterwards. Beside the access to iPhoto or volumes the media show also allows to link to internet media (DailyMotion, YouTube and others) without downloading these media.
Present media: Pictures, DVDs, movies and PDFs can be presented by nessViewer in multiple ways: via drag & drop, by the open menu command, media shows or the MediaCenter. The auto start system function, which can be set by the system preferences "CDs & DVDs", allows the automatic presentation of media contained on new inserted CDs, DVDs or other removable storage.
MediaCenter: A special feature is the MediaCenter which allows most notably - beside a rich offer of internet media (Arte, BBC, DailyMotion, German television, Hulu, Joost, live broadcasting, Spiegel online, YouTube and others) - to generate a "virtual playlist". With this playlist variable and plenty of media can be selected and will be presented continuously afterwards. Of course also media which can be accessed local can be included (iPhoto, iTunes, folders and others)
